WOI has been a leader in service delivery, good practice and innovation in the voluntary sector for many years. We have over 10 years experience of engaging and working with the community and employers to create sustainable employment through skills development. Our training programmes have offered a wide range of skills targeted at the unemployed and we have successfully developed specialist assessment and guidance services.

WOI, following a review of the last decade of success, has planned for the next decade with an expansion into global education that will provide a synergy with our other international developments.
